I had inquired about getting my 2020 Honda Civic detailed and they were very professional and informative of the services that were going to be done, time frames, etc. & let me tell you, The last time my car looked that good was the day I drove it off the lot! I had a wonderful experience with Malama Auto Detailing. They detailed my car for shipping to the mainland with Matson, who are extremely picky about the cleanliness of the car. They won't even accept your car unless the undercarriage and the wheel wells are completely free of any speck of dust. Keomaka and his crew did a perfect job cleaning my car. They charged me less than $170.00 to do what their competition wanted almost $400.00 for. After I left my car with them, they dropped me off at wherever I wanted to go in Hilo. And when it was finished they delivered it to me. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! Thank you.

First off, I called 4 places for a detail. Malama was the only one who answered the phone! Then he gave me a great quote for what I needed to have done. He then sent me reminders for the appointment. Took my 07 Tacoma to malama for an interior restoration clean and am beyond satisfied with the work that was done. Considering the age of the car, 2004 Toyota, and the major neglect from the onset of Covid...it's been 3 years since the car has had any care!!! It was growing "limu" and note that the car is white. Malama Auto Detailing took the challenge and did both an interior and exterior major job. Some stains remains due to my neglect.
